gm, and welcome to issue #18 of ✨Spark✨ One of our creators, Fanzo from $ADHD and NFT365 Podcast (yes, he’s actually buying an NFT a day for a full year) recently got NFTs stolen from his Metamask wallet. It could happen to any of us, and it has happened to many of us. This serves as a reminder that there’s still a lot missing in the space before we’re ready for mass adoption, and that we should learn these lessons collectively by sharing knowledge. So here’s today’s lesson - you should 100% protect your most valuable assets with a cold wallet.

🎨 Home Redesign

We’ve completely redesigned our dashboard home tab! It was quickly becoming outdated with the many new features we’ve rolled out recently, so we felt it was time for a fresh coat of paint. Some changes you’ll see:

• More modular and flexible design, to support social token and NFT communities across Rally, Ethereum, and Polygon

• Helpful guides front-and-center to help you quickly get started

• Quickly access your recent pages and view recent activity

• Optimized for mobile

⛩ Reusable Token-Gates

With token-gated access becoming a core part of Bonfire, we realized we needed better workflows for quickly applying gates. You can now configure and save custom gates from the new Token Gates tab in your dashboard, and then quickly reuse them across your bounties

• Intercom: We’re upping our support game with Intercom. Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the dashboard to ask for help, submit a bug, or just to say what’s up :)

Creator Spotlight: $MASHI

Musician Mark de Clive-Lowe is the creator behind Mashibeats/$MASHI, a creator-collector community and DAO for web3-aspiring musicians to connect and learn. Mashibeats as a DAO is a direct result of the $BUYBACK crowdfund - an initiative (now fully funded!) to buy back the rights to 7 of Mark’s albums from 2 record labels, and in return offer $BUYBACK tokens, NFTs and more.
