Product Updates
šŖ Airdrops
Introducing, ETH and Polygon Airdrops, just in time for the holiday season! This feature allows creators on Bonfire to easily create social token claimable airdrops (ERC20s) from their own site.
For creators, this means the ability to further engage with their community by creating rewards or models for compensation. As we move towards more collaborative and decentralized communities, we wonder how fans can contribute to a project and how they are compensated/rewarded for their efforts.
Until now, there have been interesting and wonderful experiments around this thesis. Weāve seen creators reward contributors and token-gate with social tokens, NFTs, POAPs, etc. But until now, there hasnāt been a way to do all of this within the same dashboard. Enter, Airdrops on Bonfire.

Coming up next
Rolling up in beta, we have the new columns block. In the coming weeks, we will be adding support for multi-column layouts in Pages. Use it in combination with other blocks like FAQ, buttons, video, embeds, etc. Promise weāll keep you posted!
Creator Spotlight
Last week Black Dave launched the Black Dave Token, an ambitious project that aims to raise 250 ETH by selling 1 million NFTs, at the cost of 0.00025 ETH each. For what? Well, thatās tbd. Black Dave believes (and so do we) that he can raise the funds and create something ingenious. Some ideas in his mind involve IRL experiences, NFTs in exchange for minutes on-call, and better curation. Now what exactly will come out of this experiment, only time will tell.

Tip of the week
Of course our tip this week involves airdrops. They are a great complement to other features already available on your dashboard. For example, you can host a livestream on your Bonfire site and include a claimable token airdrop that becomes active halfway through the stream, making it easy to reward those that stay and participate.
If you want to go a step further, reward your viewers with free NFTs using our Mint Block, which will then give you the ability to include those addresses in an airdrop allowlist, rewarding only those that collected all the free drops.
