This week, we’re bringing you two highly requested features to take your Bonfire experience to the next level. Our latest updates, Password Gating, Custom Email Domain, and Sign In With X are here to help you add an extra layer of exclusivity and professionalism to your fan interactions.
And, we’re excited to introduce the first in our new series of Bonfire Playbooks! This week’s playbook is all about creating a Digital Mystery Box—a quick and easy way to sell digital packages filled with surprises to your fans. Imagination is the only limit. Product Updates
👾 Password Gating: We’re thrilled to roll out Password Gating, one of our most requested features! This new tool allows creators to add passwords or secret phrases to gate audio, video, livestreams, pages, and even drops on their Bonfire site.
Why Password Gating? Creators can now bring fans exclusive experiences that blend online and IRL. Imagine distributing a secret code at an in-person event or through social media, giving fans a way to unlock access to hidden content, RSVPs, exclusive music, and more. However you share your code, it’s up to you and your creativity to decide what fans will discover behind it.
📝 Custom Email Domain: Starting today, creators can fully white-label their email experience by sending notifications directly from their own domain! By connecting your own domain to Bonfire, you can reach fans with a personalized touch that feels truly “you.” This is just the beginning for email on Bonfire, and we’re excited to continue building even more ways for you to connect authentically with your fans.
🅧 Sign In With X: We’ve made signing in to Bonfire even easier with Sign In With X (formerly Twitter)! Now, whether you’re a creator building your community or a fan joining one, you can log in or create an account on Bonfire using your X account. It’s a quick, seamless way to get started.your community easier!
