🔵 Coinbase Smart Wallet Support: We’re thrilled to announce Coinbase Smart Wallet support on Bonfire. This feature allows instant wallet creation using just a passkey—no app downloads, extensions, or seed phrases needed. This free, self-custodial wallet works universally across Bonfire, major L2s, and onchain apps. Additionally, transactions are sponsored on Base for creators, eliminating gas fees. Fans can also use their Coinbase accounts to make seamless payments.

🟣 Thirdweb Integration: We’ve added support for thirdweb to our list of supported protocols. Now, you can import and mint thirdweb NFT contracts directly on your Bonfire site. This integration allows for a streamlined minting process without leaving your site. Beautiful.

Creator Spotlight

This week, we are excited to spotlight the documentary film Vitalik: An Ethereum Story. The trailer was released on ethereumfilm.xyz on Tuesday, powered by Bonfire. After three years of filming across 28 cities and 15 countries, the trailer is finally here.
